We recommend that all riders obtain insurance. In the event of an accident or if something goes wrong with your Pico, you may be responsible for the full amount of repair if it is not covered under the basic coverage. Things like a bent rim, nail in tire or cracked part can be expensive to repair. Be sure to check with your renters/homeowners insurance carrier or credit card company to see if you are covered in the event something happens to your Pico.
