What should I do if my Pico is stolen?

What should I do if my Pico is stolen?

If your Pico is not where you last parked it, we recommend that you first check the surrounding areas. If you still cannot locate your Pico, you should file a police report at your local police department within 24 hours of the theft and reach out to our Customer Service team at (866) 720-6030 or email help@ridepico.com for further assistance.

In general, when reporting a stolen vehicle, you will be required to provide details such as the make, model, year, license plate number, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and any identifying marks or features of the vehicle. Additionally, you may need to provide information about the time and location of the theft, as well as any relevant documentation or proof of ownership.

Please reach out to your local law enforcement agency or visit their official website for more information on reporting a stolen vehicle in your area. They will be able to assist you in completing the appropriate form and initiating the investigation process.

If you need an additional copy of your subscription agreement with your Pico vehicle details, please email us at help@ridepico.com for further assistance.
