What should I do if Pico is not working properly?

If you feel that your Pico isn't functioning as it should, please consider if it is still safe to ride. If not, please park it in a safe location and make sure to keep the keys safely on your person. Please immediately inform Pico of your issues at help@ridepico.com.

Members may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal care. You are also responsible for any damage to your PICO. Most common damage or loss includes mirrors, keys or key fobs, flat tires, excessive tire wear, worn brake pads and wheels. Customers are also responsible for a pick-up and re-delivery fee(s) if applicable unless Pico determines the issues were solely due to manufacturer defect.
