Rental Terms and Conditions:

  • The Vehicle Renter is the sole permitted operator of the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • The Vehicle Renter is responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Pico is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
  • The Vehicle Renter must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
  • Proper safety equipment must be worn while operating the vehicle.

Additional Coverage:

  • The Rental Agreement does not provide insurance coverage for the Vehicle.
  • The Renter is urged obtain adequate insurance coverage from third-party insurance companies during the rental period.
  • The Renter assumes all liability and financial responsibility for damages, losses, or liabilities due to a lack of insurance coverage.
