If you're local, on the day of your delivery, you'll receive a text or call informing you that your agent is preparing your vehicle for delivery or pickup. Please keep in mind that while we strive to be punctual, LA traffic can sometimes cause delays (it's not us, blame the traffic!). You'll receive a text to confirm our arrival, and we schedule deliveries within a three-hour window to accommodate potential delays, although it often takes less time.
When our agent arrives, they'll verify your identity. For your appointment, you'll need:
1. A valid US driver's license for e-moped purchases, or a valid ID card for e-bike purchases.
2. A current and valid payment card (debit or credit) in your name, the same one used for payment.
3. A DOT-certified helmet (we have helmets available for purchase).
For a smooth delivery process, choose a location with ample space for you and the agent to inspect the vehicle together before acceptance. Provide detailed delivery instructions to ensure everything goes smoothly. Remember, you must be present; a relative or spouse cannot accept delivery on your behalf.
If your delivery is outside our local area, the delivery carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery of your Pico.
