Can you describe the delivery process?

The day of your delivery, you will receive a text or call letting you know that your agent is preparing your vehicle for delivery or pick up. Please note that if we are delivering your Pico we do our best to arrive on time, but sometimes we can be delayed by traffic (it is LA traffic, not us!). You will get a text to confirm arrival. This is why we schedule our deliveries with a three hour window, although it usually takes less time.

Once our agent arrives, they will confirm your identity. At your appointment, you are required to have the following:

  • A valid US driver's license (if you have a temporary license, please provide a valid photo ID as well) if you are renting an e-moped or Solo, or a California-issued identification card if you are renting an e-bike
  • A current and valid payment card (debit or credit) in your name – this should be the same card used for payment
  • A DOT certified helmet (Pico has helmets available for purchase or rental)*

Please keep in mind that the best places to schedule your vehicle’s delivery are those with plenty of room for you and the agent to circle around the vehicle and check it thoroughly together before you accept your vehicle. Be as specific as you can when providing delivery instructions so we can make the delivery process as seamless as possible. You must be present for the vehicle delivery. A relative, spouse, or another person cannot accept delivery.
